MEET THE ARTIST
A Love of Cake Design That Started at 16
Monique’s love of cake design began at just 16 years old. She later graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts in 1994, building a foundation in the craft that continues to influence her work today.
For Monique, cake is about more than how it tastes. It’s an opportunity to create something beautiful, personal, and worthy of the moment it celebrates.
